I am blessed with a strong passion and patience to help others. I am experienced with system support and enjoy working as the initial point of contact for system and application issues; providing assistance to enable users to perform their jobs more efficiently. My interaction helps free up the time of IT Analysts to allow them to focus on projects and more complex problems while also enabling users to get fast assistance so they can return to their assigned tasks. I am anxious to learn, and I am willing to apply my knowledge to help others, including giving immediate assistance to quickly resolve a specific problem; creating documentation to easily and efficiently enable self-help; or providing detailed training and instructions to mentor and guide new users.
