* Support VP Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Secretary with travel, expense reports and daily calendar management* Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for legal team* Prepare agendas and presentation material for all board meetings. Manage board portal by uploading all board pre-reads, board communications, and company press releases using BoardVantage* Manage logistics for all board meetings, booking meeting locations, arranging transportation for board members, and arranging all meals* Attend and support all board meetings* Oversee contract management program* Manage outside counsel invoices by setting up new vendors, creating shopping carts, receiving all invoices, and confirming goods in SAP for payment processing* Renew state and county business licenses for company* Maintain supply inventories for legal department

• Develop, manage, and support global reception and call operations team.• Develop, manage and support master planning team and scheduling programs focusing on day to day functional support and major event planning.• Develop, manage and support administrative operations team across the facility network.• Develop, manage, and support facility services tools and workflow across the facilities network or preventative and reactive work, asset management, moves/adds/changes, and space management.• Create and build custom reports within the IWMS program to identify guidelines for efficient workflow.• Manage key departmental projects in support of technical advancement, sustainability, and fiduciary responsibility.• Responsible for extensive project accounting requirements, facility network budgeting, SAP and purchasing requirements in excess of $25M annually.• Responsible for construction project management activities.
