Ms. Ward is co-founder of Talent Management Inc., a small consultancy committed to assisting clients in developing the talent and workforce required to meet their strategic goals. Recognizing that having an engaged workforce is essential to business success, Talent Management, Inc., concentrates its practice on leadership development, employee engagement, identifying the right skill requirements and building high performance teams.Ms. Ward is a results oriented professional with over 35 years experience in human performance improvement, process reengineering and large-scale program management representing corporate, government and academia with 20+ years in consulting. She has held senior positions with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lehigh University and ExxonMobil. Ms. Ward believes that learning is a life-long endeavor and has experience with classroom based, experiential, mentoring / coaching and social media enablement programs. Ms. Ward’s prior experiences include leading large, complex learning and talent development projects from outsourced HR/Learning initiatives to enterprise implementations of learning technologies. Her skills and expertise cover the complete life cycle of talent solutions from strategy to design, development and implementation. Ms. Ward has led initiatives ranging from short-term strategy efforts to multi-year enterprise implementations including change management and cultural impact initiatives. Ms. Ward earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and her Masters degree from the University of St. Thomas.
