I have 20+ years working directly with customers and over 15 years experience in a Management/Supervisory role. Most of my career has been with retail establishments, with my longest career being with Rite Aid for just shy of 10 years. I left my Management role at Rite Aid to pursue my dream of being self-employed and was a co-owner of Bangor Escape Rooms, which was sold in December of 2020, and is still thriving to this day. I then took on a role as a salesperson with Pine Tree Solar where I combined all of my retail skills, customer service skills, management skills, organizational skills, etc. and fell in love with renewable energy! Prior to being hired by Pine Tree Solar I had no experience with direct sales or with the solar energy sector. I taught myself about solar energy fairly quickly and found a new passion helping customers switch to solar. Within three months of me training myself, I sold my first million dollars in solar sales. I sell on-grid/off-grid, business/residential, and roof/ground arrays to customers by taking on a consultative role and educating customers on the benefits, products, installation process, and interconnect process, to name a few.
