Life insurance is one of the most important purchases that everyone needs to make. After becoming certified to sell Life, Accident and Health Insurance, it became a priority in my life to help more people put this necessary protection in place. As Barnum Financial Group’s Group Whole Life Manager, my approach is twofold: I work to identify organizations who could benefit from implementing a Worksite Life Program in the voluntary benefits space for their employees and support the sales efforts of Financial Advisors here at Barnum. The goal is to help organizations provide valuable benefits to protect each employee’s future earnings. This helps to increase loyalty, retention and increases a company’s ability to attract top talent, without spending any more than they have to. This voluntary competitive benefit is meant to be in addition to an organization’s current benefit offerings without creating additional employer out of pocket costs. Once an organization agrees to offer this benefit, I will deliver comprehensive service and support including employee enrollment and education. By leveraging Barnum Financial Group’s industry-leading internal resources, such as the Wealth Strategies Division, and thought leadership initiatives, I can deliver financial education, first-in-class solutions, and services to human resources and benefits specialists in providing new, attractive benefits opportunities to their employees. When leveraging these resources with advisors, it allows me to help them grow their existing business markets, along with creating new additional client bases. After earning my Bachelors of science in management from Fairfield University, I had the pleasure of being President of Bellarmine Guild at Fairfield Prep High School, and a fashion consultant for J. Crew. I currently live in Trumbull, Connecticut with my husband and two children.I am licensed to sell Life, Accident and Health Insurance in CT, NY, and RI.
