I joined AirBorn in November of 2016 as Pre-Production Expediter. Prior to coming to AirBorn, I was honored to be a part of Texas Life-sciences Collaboration Center serving as Administrative Manager-Exec. Assistant to Director While there I enjoyed learning the ins/outs of Biotechnology lab operations and grant administration for Austin Community College and served as Operations Specialist. I became well-versed in supply/equipment management and receiving, inventory control/operations and biotechnology facility operations. During my career, I developed a successful 15 year career in the employee staffing industry sector. Responsibilities included all aspects of employee applicant recruiting, screening and selection, sales and marketing to client companies, issue resolution, client relations, project coordination, pre-employment testing and training, scheduling, and customer service. For 5 years, I enjoyed being a Paraprofessional Educator for the Jonesboro Independent School District. While there I served in varying roles including the privilege of working with English as Second Language (ESL) and special education students, library coordination, on campus suspension, etc. In my earlier years of my career I held positions in customer service in the retail sector, purchasing assistant and materials management for a product manufacturing company, scheduling coordinator at hospital, etc. My enjoyment comes from being actively involved in community outreach programs and have volunteered for numerous projects including the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce, Williamson County Museum-Living History, school organizations coordination, local and school theater programs, leader of church youth organizations, and a member of Celebration Church in Georgetown. I graduated from Gatesville High School and attended McLennan Community College. I have two grown children, Bradley and Joseph.
