Enterprise Portfolio Governance Lead, Associate Director
Develop portfolio-level technology plans using a strategic approach that aligns with the overall business objectives and capabilities. Organize around value streams and business processes to ensure that technology investments are directly contributing to the firm’s strategic goals. Deliver effective portfolio management that coordinates across multiple business units, leveraging enterprise architecture and governance to optimize resource allocation and performance metrics. Incorporates a holistic view of lean portfolio management to enable the firm to adapt swiftly to market changes and emerging technologies. Establish and maintain project management and portfolio governance standards, and processes based on best practice, including PMI and SAFe®. Deliver Lean Portfolio Management that ensures traceability from firm strategy, value streams, demand intake to project execution and delivery.Set up portfolios to deliver firmwide transformational projects across business units including Technology, Finance, Talent Solutions, Global Services, Information Security, Firm Risk Management, and others as required. Organize agile teams and cross-functional teams by partnering with Scrum Masters, Product Owners/Managers, and Business Owners to drive quality standards and continuous improvement. Provide Roadmap expertise through Demand Management, Estimation, Solution Management, and Release Management to help stakeholders realize their portfolio vision and strategic themes. Develop and lead of team of project leaders, business analysts, product owners and scrum masters. Primary responsibilities include staffing, performance management, and career growth planning. Highly skilled in establishing strong partnerships and building bridges with firm Partners, Operating Executives, stakeholders, and other leaders. Provide effective stakeholder management that hinges on clear and consistent communication, ensuring all parties are aligned with the project's goals and progress.
