I worked as an Assistant Property Manager in Pompano Beach, Florida in a 360 unit High Rise which encoumpases two separate buildings of 19 floors in each building. The Board decided to eliminate the position. after 5 months.I implemented many changes which helped the Building go paperless with the reports from the Concierges, made it possible for the Manager and Board members to read the reports on a daily basis, coached the Concierge's to help them grow in their career and found 4 people thru my Social media connection that were hired, at NO cost to the Management company or the Building. I was the Supervisor of a 10 people team Concierge Staff which we have 24/7 Concierge Service and a 4 team Housekeeping Staff. which works 7 days a week.I have worked on site in the Pompano Beach area for 7 years in Condos on the Beach in Pompano.
