Successfully oversaw multiple sites, (2 of which were the highest enrolling sites) in a very active and busy study, managed sites compliance in meeting sponsor’s goals and deadlines for several Interim Analysis and Database Locks, while also ensuring sites preparedness for sponsor and FDA audit inspections. In the midst of my continued and dedicated work performance on the study, the sponsor frequently recognized my efforts with notable and documented commendations, such as the following comment "She delivers under pressure, addresses issues immediately and is consistently acknowledged by Study Investigators as an outstanding Monitor". (Update: After 3 short years, this study's investigational product was awarded FDA approval.)

During my tenure, I effectively executed monitoring and site management responsibilities across Phases I-IV clinical research projects while evaluating progress at investigative sites and guiding sites to stay on task in meeting study expectations and goals.
