These include; CoViD-19 Alert Application, B2B Manitoba and Help Next Door (HelpMB).Engaged stakeholders across the province in sessions to gather and documented requirements for My-Help Request, My-Help Volunteer modules of the HelpMB.Documented functional requirements for various applications under the program and validated the requirements over several review sessions with the stakeholders. Created UML – class diagrams, data flow diagrams, state diagrams, and designed interfaces for web and mobile versions of the applications. Documented business rules, procedures and geolocation protocols for volunteers’ connection in My-Support Modules of the HelpMB to ensure logical mapping of clients needing help and available support volunteers nearby - while adhering to social distancing protocols.
