As the President and CEO of Refuge & Restoration NPO, I lead a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing holistic services and access of opportunities to individuals, families, businesses, and communities. With over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, I have developed and executed effective result driven strategies for operational excellence, organizational design, and business planning, while maintaining a strong focus on mission and vision as well as culture. I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University, and I am a certified PREP-ENRICH facilitator, which enables me to coach and empower others in resolving conflicts and building healthy relationships in and outside of the work environment. I also have a passion for workshop facilitation and strategic planning, where I can share my knowledge and skills with diverse audiences and stakeholders. My goal is to always inspire and equip others to believe, transform their lives, and build communities through leadership, equity serving, and ruthless compassion.
