Work directly with founder, Erica Woda, to recruit and pair the best Columbia student-athletes with local high school students from Washington Heights. The organization seeks to expose underserved high school students to higher education through the lens of sports.

Worked on the Equity Capital Markets Natural Resources desk. Gained valuable knowledge about equity and equity-linked capital raises. Used Bloomberg, Dealogic, and Capital IQ databases to research financial market performance, looking specifically at oil and gas companies in the energy sector.

Designed writing activities to prepare 15 of the top NYC public high school students for the rigors of a college course-load. Worked closely with Columbia professors to engage students in dialogue about political philosophy as it related to the themes of Freedom and Citizenship in a 4-week intensive summer seminar. Responsible for organizing a year-long project concerning civic duty and political engagement with the students.

Worked on a small team that organized the commercial realty market in the Boston and Cambridge areas into a manageable database. Identified innovative ways to research and track new tenant acquisitions, lease terms and lengths, new development projects, and building's tenant composition in order to synthesize into excel models (high-riser diagrams) of each building (researched +350 commercial buildings). Worked in team of three to organize presentations and portfolios for 5 clients seeking commercial space using collected data. Communicated preliminary lease terms to clients and provided Letter of Intent communication to prospective tenants and landlords.
