Provide input on overall talent management strategy.• Direct career pathing initiatives across the organization so employees understand competency development and experiences required for career progression. • Oversee performance management processes. Coach employees and managers on goal setting, development planning, documentation of successes, and performance assessment. Ensure that goals are in alignment with company strategic objectives. Facilitate calibration efforts to ensure fairness across the assessment process. • Develop and continuously improve onboarding for new hire to employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
