We achieved the ranking of #1 among healthcare practice administrators across the US. To achieve this, I instituted organizational initiatives and processes that significantly elevated overall program capacity, focusing on all facets of the program, including increases for program funding to $208M (4096% increase), allocated patient funding to $520M (940% increase), approval rates, and expenditures, with more than 250,000 patients served by the CPR (a 4115% increase in 8 years).
