Dol Tap Facilitator For Transitioning Service Members
Current• Engaged service members in course content to assist them successfully transition into civilian employment• Guided Military Transitioning Service Members and spouses in developing their individual goals to ensure successful civilian careers and maintaining their engagement in person and across three platforms (i.e., Zoom, WebEx, Adobe Connect)• Provided formal DOL Employment Workshops and Career Technical Training weekly to groups with up to 50 participants and individual career counseling• Comfortable instructing and speaking in front of a group of 50-500+, observant of others, possess the ability to engage an audience, and respond to inquiries independently• Educated Transitioning Service Members and spouses on the workplace, jobs, and requirements for entry into those jobs• Ensured Service Members and their families have the necessary career tools and information to transition into the civilian workforce seamlessly
