I am a second-year student attending The University of North Carolina Greensboro as a first-generation student majoring in Accounting pursuing my bachelor's. I decided to attend UNC Greensboro because of its diverse atmosphere and the Bryan School of Business and Economics is one of the best in NC. I was VITA certified in 2019 from my high school to participate in completing basic tax returns for those in our community. Having previous experience in the accounting world through volunteering encouraged me to pursue a career in accounting. After receiving my diploma from the Academy of Finance from NAF, I decided to gain a bachelor's in Accounting.
