Human Resources Generalist
Current- HR representative for Pasaca Capital, Inc. (parent company) and subsidiary companies.- HR Policies and Compliance: Create, implement, guide and enforce company wide policies and procedures. Ensure the company is adhering to local, state, and federal employment laws for all subsidiaries, as well as staying up to date with HR regulations. Assist in audits, as needed.- Payroll: Process separate payrolls for multiple entities, contractors, board fees, etc.- Managing the employee lifecycle: processing requisitions, interviews, due diligence, creating new hire packages, onboarding, compliance, retention, development, and offboarding.- Benefits Administration: correspond with brokers and agents, review benefit options for policy or provider changes, open enrollment, and assist with benefit inquiries.- Legal: Work closely with the legal team to resolve employee relations claims and disputes; conducting investigations, corrective action, responding to allegations, and mediation.- Employee Relations: Work closely with all departments and respond to all inquiries as the point of contact.- Training and Development: Coordinate employee training, workshops, and seminars.- Performance Management: Implement, administer, and oversee performance reviews.- Data Management and Reporting: Manage and maintain employee records. Compile andanalyze HR metrics to identify trends and create custom reports for management.
