I moved to Florida from New York in 1982. I have been in Real Estate since 1989. I started my Real Estate career with Coral Ridge Properties the developer of the cities of Coral Springs and Parkland, in the New Homes division. I remained one of the top associates in the company, until I left to Broker my own Real Estate Company. I handled all of the developments of Montfort Construction in South Florida and was the Sales and Marketing Director for D.R. Horton Homes listing and selling in several of their South Florida developments. I made the decision to close my company and went into General Real Estate in South , Florida. I have received many awards for my achievements including, most recently, Number 1 agent two years at the offices of EXIT TEAM REALTY and was chosen the Best Real Estate Agent in Coral Springs and Parkland. I have been featured in articles in Money Magazine, The New York Times, Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel, Palm Beach Post, Toronto Star and many other publications. My career has given me a great deal of personal satisfaction. I primarily list and sell high end properties, both single family homes and ocean front condos. My knowledge of new construction was greatly enhanced, by my years working for developers. I have relocated countless families and Corporations from all over the world. My lectures in Canada and New York on Relocating to South Florida were very well received. My background in teaching has been a great asset, helping people understand the home buying and selling processes. Especially in today's technologically connected market. .
