This afforded me the opportunity to sell temporary, temp to hire and executive search services. During my 6 year tenure with PRI Staffing I had the chance to learn full life-cycle recruiting, which involves callling up a passive candidate, motivating them to submit a resume, interviewing them for a position, recommending them to a client and closing the deal when an offer was made. Cliff Compton, PRI Staffing's manager was instrumental in training me as to how to accomplish those many tasks. He is still a successful recruiter with them today.
