Have been the CAO in three Ontario municipalities - Twp of Scugog, City of Oshawa and the Twp of West Lincoln. Prior to those posts, spent the majority of time at the Province of Ontario in the Ministry of Municipal Affairs carrying out policy development and coordination; program implementation and delivery; one-window planning services; grant administration and communications/issues management.I have served on a number of boards and am currently on the International Committee for ICMA and Past President of CAMA.
