Alongside our commercial growth and marketing consultancy, YTKO set off on a Social Mission in 2006 - to enable the creation and/or support the growth of over 20,000 businesses by 2020, who together will contribute £2billion each year to the UK economy and create over 10,000 new jobs for the UK economy. We smashed it in December 2019, on the way raising over £70m in growth finance for clients. And now in 2024, have gone past the 17,000 new jobs and £100m raised milestones! We're a family-friendly, highly innovative and entrepreneurial business full of great people who make me enormously proud every day with their passion and the work they do to change lives and scale businesses. We have a long history of creating game-changing products and services, etting new benchmarks for public sector delivery, and making tangible impacts for clients. Prior to joining YTKO, I've created, grown and exited three successful companies. I was thrilled to be honoured with a CBE in the Queens New Year Honours list 2014.
