Committed and responsible Registered Nurse since 2016. Have taken on many roles and responsibilities over this time including team leader and charge nurse courses. With commitment to the organization’s roles and responsibilities with quality improvement to assure best practice for our patients’ safety, outcomes and experience. Work as a Registered Nurse in both adult and pediatric Emergency Room, using a variety of nursing and critical thinking skills in prompt patient condition assessments. Including but not limited to education, implementation, and administration of physician orders while collaborating with various interdisciplinary professionals. With several key achievements and opportunities including:• Rapid improvement project for SEPSIS to assure hospitals compliance with CMS• Quality Improvement team member to assure compliance for Joint Commission • Helping to create, implement and educate nurse led protocols. • Current Department EMSC pediatric quality coordinator to assures the hospitals status of Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP)• Developing improvement of care for not only Department of Corrections inmates that are victims of sexual assault as an AA-SANE but also assuring safety for the health care
