CurrentPartner and Director of Wage and Hour Litigation team at Plaintiff's class action litigation firm. I handle wage and hour class and representative actions, including PAGA actions, and am involved in the cases from filing to resolution. I oversee and handle all aspects of litigation of the claims, including fact and expert discovery, briefing motions and oppositions, participating in oral arguments, negotiating settlements, as well as negotiating various documents such as protective orders and settlement agreements. I supervise two attorneys, as well as support staff working on our cases.Prior to supervising the wage and hour litigation team, I supervised the consumer class action team, where I had similar responsibilities on some of the firm's consumer class action litigation, including false advertising and data breach.
