As Secretary 1 at SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta, I was pivotal in organizing and coordinating various school activities. My responsibilities included administrative tasks, communication management, and ensuring smooth collaboration among student council members. Through effective teamwork and attention to detail, I contributed to the success of events and initiatives within OSIS SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta.

Student Council (OSIS) and Student Representative Council (MPK) of SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta, are organizing an event commemorating Kartini Day called ‘Dokade.’ The entire school community at SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta will participate virtually. We decided to hold the Dokade event despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic because we want to honor and remember the contributions of Ibu R. A. Kartini, who selflessly sacrificed for the rights and dignity of Indonesian women.One of the activities during Dokade is a fundraising campaign. The funds raised were channeled to Indonesia Untuk Kemanusiaan (IKA) (Indonesia for Humanity) because IKA is a trusted organization. Additionally, we believe that by raising funds for PundiPerempuan (a program supported by Indonesia Untuk Kemanusiaan in collaboration with Komnas Perempuan), we can make a positive impact on women in need.

During the three-day virtual celebration of Indonesia’s Independence Day, students and teachers from SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta participated in various activities. The first day featured an opening ceremony via Zoom, followed by a 10-minute preparation for competitions. These included poster design, virtual photoshoots and outfits, speeches by teachers and students, a solid class competition, Mobile Legends gaming, and song covers. Participants uploaded their work on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. On the second day, competitions continued, including the Mobile Legends finals streamed live on YouTube. Additionally, a spirited solid class competition engaged active participants. Winners were announced on the final day, and the event ran smoothly despite challenges.

As a Human Resources Development Assistant for the 77 Cup Acroven 2021—an inter-school competition and art creation event held online by SMA Negeri 77 Jakarta during the pandemic—I provided essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of the event. My responsibilities included crew coordination, communication, and fostering a positive experience for Acroven Crew.
