Responsible for the proper functioning of the shift and ensuring all policies approved by 365 Parking are adhered to by subordinates. Have a working knowledge of the Standard Operating Procedures of all levels of the entire parking operation. Possess and use aggressive hospitality skills to portray an image of professionalism that is guaranteed to ensure total customer and client satisfaction. Closely monitor the status of the parking operation that includes, operation, loss prevention and guest issues that may occur. This individual will maintain sufficient staff and ensure proper training and guidance.

Operates both mounted and dismounted to close with and destroy the enemy. Employ, operates and maintains assigned weapons and equipment. Employs properly dismounted movement techniques, cover, concealment, and camouflage as part of dismount team. Performs basic communication functions and operates platoon communications equipment. Constructs individual fighting positions. Collects and reports tactical information as a member of combat or reconnaissance patrol. Assists in target detection, identification, and round sensing. Also, assist in the breaching of minefields and obstacles.
