Founded in 2020, we are a non-profit center of excellence that aspires to house an accredited executive coach training program, advanced coach training, special interest workshops, thought leadership & resources for organizational leaders as well as internal & external coaches, mastermind groups, mentor coaching, supervision coaching, and more.We are mission-driven and aspire to channel coaching in creative ways for the good of our community and our world, making coach training and coaching more accessible to under-resourced organizations, and increasing coach representation so coaches better mirror the population at large.

An eclectic mix of consulting, coaching and curriculum work including:• Coaching an IT executive to reorganize a traditional hierarchy into a flatter team environment, resulting in: an on-time, on-budget, and virtually seamless implementation of new roles; a new non-traditional salary system; new self-assessment/staffing tools; career development processes; succession plans; and employee feedback loops. • Facilitating a virtual team of global project managers, on-site risk management/contingency planning training for the North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia/Pacific regions; and virtual worldwide crisis management simulations that enhanced emergency preparedness. • Coaching a cross-department team to undertake an analysis of systemic challenges and opportunities to project development, resulting in a stronger team, out of the box ideas, and root cause solutions with far-reaching impact.• Co-leading programs that gave identified high potential leaders direct experience and increased capacity in self-awareness, developing high performing teams, strategic agility and systems thinking.• Creating a global leadership series in an organization doing business in over 125 countries.• Coaching hundreds of individual leaders, from entry level management to C-Suite veterans to increase job satisfaction (through increased engagement in current position or exploration of new career paths), productivity and employee engagement, strategic thinking, communications skill and leadership perspective. The changes have been sustainable, long after the coaching was complete.

The Executive Coaching in Organizations certificate, a 15-credit, 12-month coach training program, is one of the few programs offered in a graduate school setting that focuses on training executive coaches. It is a strong blend of theory and practice with seasoned coaches/coach educators supporting students to shape their own coaching philosophy and define their unique value proposition. Graduates are trained scholar-practitioners, ready to apply their skills as leaders, internal or external coaches. In addition to co leading the final course in the certificate curriculum series, Bev supervises a small group coaching circle providing support for students in their journey to applying to becoming credentialed coaches. She also provides 1:1 mentor coaching based on a detailed, ICF competency-based rubric.
