Bev is the co-founder of the Lighthouse Group and the Center for Coaching in Organizations, and a Master Certified Coach. She has been coaching and consulting for over thirty years, both as a corporate insider and external consulting partner. Bev coaches from a belief that business thrives on leaders’ abilities to hold authentic conversations at all levels of their organizations while holding that their employees – no matter what level – are capable of responding with equal conviction and engagement.* Leaders call forth employees; coaching calls forth leadership. Her coaching and consulting clients span the globe, from St. Paul to Stockholm to Sao Paolo. Bev is also a coach educator, serving as faculty and mentor coach for the Center for Coaching in Organizations coach training program (formerly of the University of St. Thomas), and former faculty of the Adler Graduate School of MN Professional Life Coaching Program. She also has the distinct privilege of being faculty for undergraduate students at Hamline University as they pursue their work internships.*She teaches all her students to use personal notes when they invite folks to connect with them on LinkedIn. She tends to ignore the LinkedIn "form letter" one-click invitations she gets, favoring those who take the time to use the add-a-note option. She's not looking for lead generation help at this time.
