Represented Plaintiffs in various class actions and Multi-District Litigation cases. Litigated types of cases including employment actions, breach of contract and product liability.

I represented parties in primarily in family law cases. In the course of arriving at a divorce settlement, which was at times very challenging to arrive at a dissolution with civility and care - particularly if there were children involved. On the technical side, it was necessary to value ongoing businesses, investigated the rules and value of portfolios of investments, mutual funds, stock options, pensions, etc.

This was my first job in a law firm after graduating from law school and I learned the full range of pretrial, trial and appellate practice. My cases concerned, among other things, breach of contract, intellectual property, employment practices, an employer's liability to its employees for negligent conduct, and insurance bad faith.

I was responsible for preparing the Judge for all cases coming before his panel and opinions he was designated to write.
