I have been in the POP industry for 30+ years and found my home at Niven in 1994. I enjoy working for a company that has such an ethical, honest and passionate model. I manage large, complex merchandising programs for our clients. I have sound knowledge in the steps it takes to bring a program from concept to in-store on time, in budget and ensuring high quality along the way. Due to my number of years of experience with brands and retailers, I have the ability to anticipate obstacles and ask up front/detailed questions to eliminate headaches down the road for our clients. I am still enthused and proud to walk retail and see programs that I have been involved with.Outside of work, I am enjoying all of the aspects of raising three children. I love to travel and experience new places and people. I also enjoy the outdoors, volunteering, spending time with family and friends and warming up the vocal chords from time to time.
