I have a total of ten years experience in this industry from both the lending and the sale side. Previously a mortgage lender, my knowledge of lending practices and qualifying buyers for mortgage loans gives my clients an added bonus of knowledge and experience. I am also Argentinian & Italian and speak fluent Spanish...have a great love for houses and architecture and have remodeled many homes I have owned. I also have extensive knowledge of design, reconstruction, and textures, along with city and building codes. When it comes to buying or selling a home, my first priority is connecting with people, educating & guiding my clients through one of the most important decisions of their life, and giving them a positive home buying/selling experience they can’t wait to share with everyone they know. I received my bachelor’s degree in English with emphasis in American Literature from Cal State East Bay, located in the Bay Area, where I grew up. Prior to becoming a mortgage lender I was a high school business teacher in Belmont, CA for six years. My love of kids and teens drew me to start my own custom apparel company GUTSEE INK, that advocates for kids and teens. We use logos to empower them and to remind them that being who they are is always good ‘unuf.’ Our signature line of clothing is BRAVE UNUF TO BE ME. Every year, my company offers a BRAVE UNUF TO BE ME scholarship to one graduating senior. I am a published author & still an avid reader who is always reading two books at the same time; one on running a successful business and one on self-development. I also hold an active Cosmetology License. My mother taught me to always have faith, no matter what the obstacle, that everything will work out for the best. My father taught me the key to life was to make sure to belly-laugh at least once every day. I absolutely live by both these mantras.
