Hi and thank you for taking the time to view my profile. I am passionate about making a positive difference to people's lives and have an infectious enthusiasm for the work I do. I have a proven track record as a leader, inspiring and enabling people to achieve their best and have been involved in developing and delivering a wide range of projects across a range of customer groups over the last 20 years.Extensive experience in building and maintaining effective networks particularly in the employment, training, public and voluntary sectors. I play bass with the band Box O' Frogs, organise music sessions and music themed weekends at various locations, encouraging other musicians of all abilities.When I'm not at work I also enjoy playing guitar, going to gigs, art, crafts and photography. I value the time I spend with my family and friends and my big soppy dog, Wilson.
