In this role I played a central role in coordinating the day to day case work of the Assessment hub team to ensure high quality personalised casework.I had to work in partnership with the local authority, accommodation services, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that families and individuals were able to move on from the service into the appropriate accommodation with the correct support in place.
