Dodo Pizza is a digital-first pizza delivery franchise and one of the world’s fastest-growing QSR brands. Dodo Pizza is developing Dodo IS, its own IT system for managing a pizza delivery chain. Dodo IT contains 12 teams working on 5 products. Each product uses Scrum or LeSS framework. Development teams apply Extreme Programming practices.As a Chief Agile Officer, I spread agile culture across Dodo IT as well as other Dodo Pizza departments.
