In March 2006 I joined the 2nd level global customer support team. In this team we responsible for the service assurance for the IP VPN, internet, frame relay and ATM networks of multinational companies. The team works in a follow the sun system with teams in the US, Japan and Brussels. The team in Brussels is, besides the service assurance, also involved.

The NCC manages the global backbone network for Infonet on the different platforms (X.25, Frame Relay, ATM, IP, SDH/SONET, Dial-up). Besides managing the network we are also involved in the test and turn-up of new customer connections and support the engineers who installing the customer equipment.
