At Darkhorse, I managed Pernod Ricard NZ as a client - client service, ideation, brand strategy, event activation as well as social and digital management. Following this role, I went in house and became the Customer Activation Manager for On Premise (bars, festivals, gigs, restaurants). In this role, I was to support and inspire our multi-brand strategies, event and brand activation and project management. A few key highlights to mention; together with the On Premise National Manager, I led the launch of the RSRV Members Club, managed the nationwide activation of Mumm Melbourne Cup, activated Malfy Gin through bespoke events nationwide and supported the brand strategy for launching for Altos Tequila into the NZ Market.

Over my time at Red Bull I worked in three different positions in both Marketing and Sales. I started in the Wings team, sampling and giving consumers one on one experiences with Red Bull. I quickly moved into the Team Captain of the team, managing a team of 15 girls as well as working along side our Consumer Collecting Manager and Brand Manager on specific and company wide projects. I then moved into the Red Bull Trolley Grand Prix (RBTGP) Team Liaison Role. This was a position contracted for three months which I did along side my Team Captain role. I was in charge of 50 teams - 250 people. I was the port of call for each team and making sure they were supplied all the right information in the lead up to the event as well as on event day. I was the right hand man to our event director and I also assisted in projects/social media posts/brand management etc that involved teams from RBTGP. I then did the wrap report and any post event jobs. I then moved into the Sales Representative intern role. I built new tools and systems for the sales rep teams to help make their job more efficient. I launched our new product Kiwi Apple in the South Island of New Zealand. I worked closely with our Field Sales Manager on new projects, tools and systems. I sold in new SKUs to supermarkets, corner stores and non-traditional sales.

Small Acorns is a small Interior Design store. I worked here for a short period of time before I moved back to Auckland. At Small Acorns I worked with customers and clients to help choose new curtains, fabrics, pillows or presents for friends. My experience at Small Acorns helped inform my design degree as well as give me experience in interior design.

I started working behind the scenes, packaging and labeling products. I was then promoted to a retail sales assistant. Working with customers and clients to help them find products they were looking for as well as sell them new products. As a sales assistant, along with working with customers, I stocked shelves, kept the place tidy, cooked and baked our products for customers to try as well as making coffee. Over my years at Sabato I was trusted to look after and manage the store when necessary.
