Fully trained, by British Doulas, as a Birth or post-birth mentor, or 'Doula', Offering a personal professional service to expectant or new parents, prior to, during and after childbirth. Mentoring and support to mothers up to and during birth, breast feeding peer support, advice on sleeping, recovery, ceasarian after care, or any help or support new mothers find they need. I work with the family, also supporting fathers and other children, as necessary.
