Managing the production of marketing experiences and content that leverage the company's brands, such as: GL Cosméticos, perfume brand owned by singer Gusttavo Lima and FAVE SKIN, cosmetics brand owned by influencer Flávia Pavanelli. Main tasks involved: hiring, negotiating and coordinating suppliers for all marketing activation and campaigns. Together with the Creative team, also supported the creation of contents that had a specific language with the community of each brand, during the whole product's life cycle.

PROJECT: QUEER EYE BRASIL (NETFLIX)Being the bridge between all the Production areas and the Direction, carrying out full communication with the entire team and being able to prepare the daily recording schedule, making sure that everyone would be well aligned on the set. Also updating the technical analysis of each day, once there was any content change, by communicating with the entire team and making sure everything was produced on set.

Enabling the creation and implementation of original productions along with external suppliers (Facilities, Technical Resources and Personnel) within a pre- established budget for all ViacomCBS brands (MTV, NICKELONDEON and COMEDY CENTRAL). Responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets, contracting and logistical coordination of chosen suppliers and ensuring that contracts, insurance and licenses related to these projects were duly approved and signed.

Managing a complex of 4 houses whose operation was based on the Shared Economy, such as: coworking, space for lectures, restaurant, laundry and shared wardrobes. Responsible for financial management, purchasing, supplier management, staff management through division of scales and monitoring of daily activities; relationship with customers; production of events inside the houses, such as themed parties or the launch of new brands and products. In addition, the concept of the houses was taken to major festivals, such as MECA INHOTIM (2016) and ROCK IN RIO (2017), being responsible for leading the general production of these activations, so the system that existed in a fixed place, could work in temporary spaces.
