I'm an experienced Agile Program Manager and Scrum Master at Shift Paradigm, focusing on agile project management and team leadership. My role is to guide scrum teams, refine their skills, and deliver effective solutions. In my most recent team, output rose 230% under my leadership.In fact, I've coached over 150 individuals and teams, managed a variety of 85+ projects and handled multi-million dollar budgets throughout my career. I leverage tools and streamline processes and ensure efficient team cohesion and efficacy, familiar with all the classics like JIRA, Monday.com and MS Project. Over the years, I've developed skills in software project management, business analysis, and planning, enabling me to drive operational excellence, resolve complex issues, and make strategic decisions.I have a strong track record of managing budgets, coaching individuals, and leading successful projects in operations, cloud computing and software development.Beyond numbers, I thrive in fostering collaboration and empowering teams to excel.
