-Project tracking of the Engineering phase including Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines.-Making the necessary scope planning with all the aspects during the project planning phase.-Managing assets by forecasting manpower, and resource requirements-Developing and overseeing the system for managing project documentation, which includes but is not limited to keeping records of meeting minutes, generating progress reports for stakeholders, and producing client reports.-Collaborating with project managers throughout the project life cycle to facilitate the interdisciplinary project coordination process.-Determining and evaluating potential project risks during the ongoing project, and subsequently formulating implementation plans that account for anticipated obstacles to progress.-Monitoring and reporting on project progress to the stakeholders.-Cooperating with client discipline managers to identify and address their needs and problems, and taking appropriate action to provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.-Provide aid to the E&IC technical team in the creation of documentation and engineering documents if relevant requirements occur.-Conducting the project coordination process involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.-Being an interface with the client in the activities carried out within the scope of project management, from the beginning to the end of the project, together with the PM.-Developing action plans that necessitate different analyses based on the situations that arise due to project dynamics.-Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to establish the necessary structures for engineering documents produced under the EPC contract in preparation for the procurement process.
