Contract Position:• Designed high power heating structures with efficient and innovative control systems for thermal test chambers exceeding 100kW, high power 1-2-3 phase systems and industrial controls, 110-480VAC >200A systems. • Designed cryogenic control, piping subsystems, delivery methods and safety.• Created and maintained simulation models and calculations for thermal, cryogenic flow and consumable usage / efficiency for systems based on material construction.• These systems are used by the DoD, aerospace and other industries for Highly Accelerated Stress Testing (HALT) and Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS).
