Ms. Davis’ expertise also lies in contract proposal preparation and contract administration for Federal government contractors. Her strong analytical and problem solving skills have allowed her to provide financial and business management solutions to Federal clients such as National Science Foundation, the U.S. Coast Guard, and other DoD and civilian agencies. Ms. Davis is well versed in contract and accounting guidelines such as Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standard (CAS), and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) guidelines.
