Drawing on my diverse professional experience, in 2014 I founded Beyond EAP, a consultancy that offers specialist employee support for life’s toughest challenges.Beyond EAP works successfully alongside HR professionals, providing resilience-based support that goes beyond the confines of traditional Employee Assistance Programmes. The issues we work with are often intense, complex, and difficult to manage (examples are listed below). Each requires qualified support that is personally tailored to that particular employee, and I am extremely proud of the results Beyond EAP has achieved by providing exactly this.Over the years, many of our HR clients have requested online training for their line-managers, to help them navigate complex employee-related issues. Well, we listened, and in 2023 I channelled my years of expertise as a corporate maternity coach into our first online course: How to Successfully Support Employees Through Maternity Leave… and Beyond.
