I am a leader, teacher, motivator, and giver. My dream is to pour into the lives of other leaders through my experience, knowledge, skills, and talents. For 24 years, I have been on the front lines of business transformation efforts with companies of all sizes. I have worked within organizations to guide individuals and groups through change. Two things I know for certain: 1.) organizations don't change, people do and 2.) great change requires great leadership.
