The Fifth Wheel Truck Stop Bowmanville ceased operations as of Sept 15/2015 where I worked for nearly 30 years. As a loyal employee of the Fifth Wheel working as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier, my duties also include Front Desk Reception for the Store, Motel, Restaurant and Fuel Bar I gained much experience working with the public answering the switchboard, transferring calls and taking messages for Management and Guests on a daily basis. Using the Inn Roads computer program I took reservations and checked in/out our guests. As well I developed skills in Visual Merchandising. My abilities in this domain has awarded me Sales Clerk of the Month and Year Recognition. Always eager to improve skills, I recently completed Microsoft Office Essentials 2013 Course and Visual Merchandising and Windows Display Course.
