Performed duties: supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping; inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary; recieving all inquiries and shipping to location; yearly controlling and checking of goods, monthly reports.

Performed duties: preparation of payment instruction to the bank, online banking payments, clearing all paid documents in the SAP system, communicating with banks and monitoring all transfers, daily updating payment data in the bank registers, systematically filing and documents management.
