Bezon Kumar is now serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Rabindra University, Bangladesh. He started his career first at Varendra University as a Lecturer in Economics just after passing the Bachelor and Masters in Economics from the University of Rajshahi. Besides teaching, he is now working as a Director at BK School of Research. His research expertise belongs to entrepreneurship, productivity, women empowerment, international migration, welfare, poverty, sustainable development, climate change, behavioral and psychological issues, and so on. He has several international peer‐review journal articles and book chapters, and he is currently engaged in five research projects. He is the Reviewer and Editorial board member of some international journals. Mr. Kumar is also serving as the Editor of Saptasudha, a multidisciplinary magazine.
