I have moved into Technology at bp as Digital Solutions (Tech) Lead. We are building a Technology Centre in Budapest where I am supporting Trading Functions & Finance teams in optimising workflows and driving efficiency through innovative technology.

As part of the Digital Solutions and Transformation team I am managing projects aiming at improving and transforming business processes.Ensuring that my projects are appropriately planned, delivered on time, within budget and scope.Delivering clearly articulated project artifacts; including charters, project plans, budgets, benefit relisation calculations and schedules, resource utilisation, lessons learnt and closure logs.

Having joining IBM, I got an assignment to work on a global IT Transition & Transformation Programme for a leading automotive company in Germany with special focus on Governance (Contract, Financial, Performance and Relationship management); Business Continuity management; knowledge transfers; service readiness; user admin management, technical reporting and event management.Geographical coverage of the project is Region Americas and EMEA. Programme team consisted of several project teams with team members from 10+ locations. During the 1.5 years working on this account I gained significant experience in project planning, stakeholder management, issue and risk management, and obtained a good insight on IBM's Mainframe.In July 2018 I joined the Cloud Migration Factory team and started working on the TWINSprogramme, a Belgian project for moving existing clients from their current data centresto the newly built TWINS data centre. As a Project Manager I was responsible for themigration of several clients.Early 2019 I took on a Lead Project Manager role in another Mainframe Transition &Transformation programme for UK’s flag carrier airline, responsible for 2 projects under the programme: BMC Software Displacement and Software Upgrades. I was working with multiple stakeholders, 3rd party suppliers, clients, technical teams, continuously keeping the project within budget and on time.

Having been promoted to Senior Project Manager I gained additional responsibility of controlling, monitoring and reporting.I was also managing new clients such as McDonald's for different types of consumer products.The Marketing Store is a global organisation with an extensive breadth of suppliers based across the world. Time zones, cultures, operating practices and currency issues all added complexity to the work I managed.

As a Project Manager at The Marketing Store I was responsible for the management and execution of projects for clients such as McDonald's, Shell, Nestlé and Cereal Partners Worldwide.I worked with relevant internal and external partners to establish each project’s commercial viability. Joined as Sales Manager Assistant, soon promoted to General Manager with a responsibility to improve the company's Logistics Management.Part of my role was to liaise with suppliers, logistics providers and fulfillment partners to ensure timely arrival and delivery of stock versus customer orders and forecast. I prepared weekly/monthly sales and financial reports, sales forecasts. In addition to that I was responsible for the smooth-running of the office, management of staff.

I took part in a Programme of developing a new strategy for running the post offices in Hungary.I was leading one of the Project Teams, was analysing costs and expected benefits of new strategies. I was managing a team of eight researchers, coordinating meetings with Project Director to report project progress.

I was responsible for sourcing, purchasing and shipping shoes from Italy, China, India, Vietnam and Brazil
