Job Responsibilities for Business Unit & Program Management:• Maintain long-term profitability (P&L) for the business unit as well as material inventory control.• Coordinate development of all aspects of quotation, including manufacturing, materials, test, packaging,Logistic and tooling. Establish any cost assumption or pricing position contained in any quotation.• Stimulate cost reductionsfor any assembly in the business unit through operation effectiveness.• Ensure cost-effective management of all materials and plant property relating to business unit.• Be a key player in the sizing process. Ensure that the business unit signs up for the most aggressive, yetachievable,schedules possible, and reacts quickly to schedule changes.• Responsible on customer QBR (Quarterly Business Review) scorecard which have direct relationship withall the KPI(Key Performance Indicators)• Monitor the day to day production of all assemblies within the individual profit center of business unit,including timely delivery, quality, process conformance, and test procedures.

Exercise final authority to establish any cost assumption or pricing position contained in any quotation.• Monitor the day to day production of all assemblies within the individual profit center of business unit, including timely delivery, quality, process conformance, and test procedures.• Stimulate cost reductions for any assembly in the business unit through operation effectiveness.• Develop and track monitoring systems relevant to the business unit. Emphasis on business unit cost reduction, deliver final product meeting customer requirements and 100% on time delivery.• Overall responsibility in departmental activities, product and services in association of EMS (environmental management system), environmental aspect and legal & other requirements compliance.• Ensure proper implementation of operational control procedure related to significant environmental aspect.• Ensure cost-effective management of all materials and plant property relating to business unit.Accomplishments Successfully setup a standalone repair center outside of existing Penang plant in 2 months. Successfully make the new program at this new start up site profitable within 6 months.Accomplishments Successfully turn this low profit margin account from negative to positive in profit.QBR scorecard improves tremendously from 46% to 89% and thus Awarded Account Winner from Customer in year 2014 among Program Manager of all their Global partners.Successfully build up the repair capability for LCD panel, motherboard repair business to Jabil Penang within 6 months.

Job Responsibilities• A primary point of contact for customer• Set the repair pricing for all the RFQ(Request for Quote)• Fully manage and control the P&L of the account as well as material inventory control• Responsible on customer QBR (Quarterly Business Review) scorecard which have direct relationship with all the KPI(Key Performance Indicators)• Setting capacity plan(with 150 heads) based upon customer volume and mix forecasts, current volumes and previous experience of the customer/commodity/market.
