Manage the proposal development process from planning through production for a global leader in construction management services . Responsibilities include:- Work with business developers to make informed go/no-go decisions- Lead proposal kickoff meetings and develop the pursuit strategy- Manage and develop clear and effective responses to RFQs/RFPs for public and private sector clients. - Develop and maintain proposal and interview outline and schedule. Lead proposal planning and status meetings to develop and capture themes and tone for content development. - Perform internal research utilizing Deltek Vision CRM, SharePoint, and past submissions, as well as external client and site research, for staffing and project data. - Create specific staff resumes, project descriptions, firm information, and responses to questions from client RFPs- Draft transmittal letters. - Lay out content using InDesign and incorporate images, charts, figures and graphics to enhance documents. - Edit proposal content based on input from technical subject matter experts. Proofread and edit documents for consistency, style, grammar, punctuation, and spelling. - Coordinate all content and documentation requirements with teaming partners. - Manage proposal final review, production, and delivery arrangements. - Perform post-submittal activities including organizing electronic and hard copy files, extracting boilerplate material for use in future proposals, and updating information across shared databases.- Perform all work in a collaborative team environment, assisting and training others as needed and accepting direction and input when required.
