  Ware is a service-motivated company providing industrial and commercial boiler, steam, combustion and valve solutions to some pretty great customers for over 50 years. I am responsible for the Operations group, which comprises Field Technicians, Shop Mechanics, Project Managers, Safety and Quality and Work Coordination and Billing.Within those disciplines, I spend the majority of my time developing and supporting the plans and ideas our people are undertaking in the cause of Creating and Supporting A Culture of Fanatically Loyal Customer and Employees.
