About Beth Fenger
I am a social impact strategy, programs, and growth professional who helps non-profits, corporations, and community partners turn ideas into action and do more with what they already have. I’ve spent 20 years in local, statewide, and National Top 10 nonprofits in various individual and supervisory roles spanning multiple internal functions (strategy, programs, marketing, operations, etc.), and working across several external sectors (corporate, education/academia, government/public).During that time, I’ve created, piloted, implemented, and revamped social impact programs and models that have built the capacity of 500+ 501c(3) organizations and their corporate and community partners.My primary focus is assessing organizational and partner needs (informed by data insights) and building the programs, plans, strategies, and tools to address those needs and provide consulting services to help the organization grow through implementation.
